Terms of Service

By commissioning my services, you agree to the following conditions.Should they not be followed, I reserve the right to halt and consider the commission finished.I also have the right to decline (or refuse to continue) a commission for any reason.

PROPERTY> You may not claim my artwork as your own, lest you be labelled a plagiarist.> What you purchase from me is "Intellectual Property" that you, the client, aquire. I have no obligation to sell or send any physical copies of the artwork.> My artwork is not to be used for any commercial purpose, AI training, or as a NFT or any other type of blockchain.> You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.> I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.> By accepting these terms, you, by default, also give me authorization to post WIP images, recordings, final result, as well as any other content related to the art piece and it's creation on social media.> If you, by the contrary, do NOT wish for your artwork to be displayed by me on social media, I will ultimately respect your wish, provided that this is discussed before payment.> I sign my artwork individually, meaning that each signature I do is unique to the piece. It can be minimized, but not removed.> Ensure that you ALWAYS credit me when sharing my artwork.

PAYMENT&REFUND> Before any action, ensure that you are in full disposition and ability to pay. I will not accept any payment from blank accounts.> The commission only starts once the full price has been paid.> Do not send me any payment until I request it and have confirmed that I can accept it.> You are NOT authorised to issue a chargeback for any reason.> Refunds are only possible if I am not able to finish the commission.> I accept DKK and EUR€. Your payment processor may be able to do the exchange.> Payment is done via PayPal or MobilePay.

OC DESIGNS> When you pay me to design a character, it was made by me, but the character is yours.> Do not resell the design for more than what it was bought for, unless the character in question has since attained additional art.> Posterior changes to the design are permited, as long as you credit me for making the original.> My designs are not to be made into species.

PROCESS> Before I proceed with the commission, I require visual references and information of your character. A fee may be applied if the character is very complex, as shown in the commission sheet.> Furthermore, details relevant to your vision of the artwork you commissioned me to do must be provided - in other words, you are my eyes.> Be clear with the details you want me to follow in the creation of the artwork. I am not responsible for any insatisfaction in the final piece if no feedback is provided. So make sure to tell me if any change is needed before it's too late!> Once I draw a first sketch WIP, I will request feedback from you before proceeding further. You reserve the right to ask for WIP images too!> The sketch stage is where we cement our main elements. After that, any new change may be subject to a fee.> I will not edit or change elements of the work after it has been finished unless I missed a major element by my part.> Commissions may take time, as my schedule is also populated by academic activity and personal endeavours. I have yet to define an estimated commission time-span, so, just stay put. Thank you for understanding B)
